- We reserve the right to cancel or release the reservation, should we not receive the required details or payment guarantee by Cash/Credit Card/Demand Draft/Cheque (subject to local clearing).
- In case of room cancellation/amendment within 7 days of the arrival, 1 night of retention charge will be applicable.
- Request you to kindly provide us e-mail ID for guest checking into the hotel.
- Our Check-in time will be 1:00 hrs & Check-out time will be 11:00 hrs. (Early Check-in and late Check-out will be charged additionally).
- Twin Bed will be subject to availability.
- Our hotel requires a minimum of 12 hours prior for train details to organize station transfer.
- In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request all our guests to carry a photo-identity with address proof to present at Check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following:- Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card / Aadhar Card or Bank Pass Book with photograph.
- 2% + Applicable tax will charge on every cancellation.
- Pets are not allowed inside hotel premises.
- Rates are subject to change with prior notice.
