Personal Booking Cancellation Policy:
- 0-15 days of Check-in: If you cancel your personal booking within 0-15 days of your scheduled check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- 16-30 days of Check-in: Cancellations made between 16-30 days before the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
Group Booking Cancellation Policy:
- No Show: In case of a no-show for a group booking, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- 7-15 days prior to arrival: Cancellations made for group bookings between 7-15 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the total bill amount.
- 15-21 days prior to arrival: If a group booking is canceled between 15-21 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total bill amount will be charged.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business working days from the date of cancellation.
